How I know what customer order using PayPal

I have setup VirtueMart with PayPal.  And when a customer makes an order and gets redirected to the PayPal site, this is what he sees.   click here to see picture.

Notice that the product is not shown?  If he submit this and I get notified by PayPal, I will not know what product he has purchased. 

How do I get VirtueMart to propagate the product info to paypal?  Or do I get another "Purchase report" from VirtueMart?
