« on: July 13, 2006, 17:19:13 pm »
Hello,

Please visit www.valleyfireworks.co.uk this virtuemart site i am nearing completion for my client soon.

the top section (orangey/red) aint done cos logo is still waiting to be finalised.

although most other sections are sorted.

Id appreciate it if you could post your views and comments about what you think, especially looking for layout comments - spacing and whether things look in-line right??

thanks

Hi,

My biggest concern when looking at your site was that it did not fit onto my screen width so I had to scroll.  I am running 1024 X768.

Like the [Order] buttonĀ  :) It would be nice to carry on that effect on the top menu bar

Minor problems:
  • I don't like splash screens - just show me the content
  • Redirect from splash is invalid WRT certificate
  • Page is too wide
  • Products with long titles (when shown on the left) are obscured by verticle line - FIXED
  • Product titles on fly pages are obscured by the bread crumb trail - you have two bread crumbs on some pages
  • "How to Order" comes back with "You are not authorised ..." - FIXED
  • FAQ's has an extra "\" character in top navigation
  • Logo in "Vendor Information" needs changing
  • (Lots of work to be done with product descriptions)

Love the customer comments in the "Shock & Awe" Single Ignition Barrages ;)

I am using IE6 with a resolution of 1024 x 768 if that helps you track down the problems :-)
