We who want to support as many payment methods as possible should push payson to make a module for virtuemart.
the competition between the different payment methods is so tough today, that they should do their best effort in gaining new customers.

Fully aware that this posting is quite old. Just want to add this though:

Payson.se is the only solution in Sweden that offers payment by Internetbanking.

Sadly enough they don't seem too eager to assist users in the implemetation of their 'Agentintegration'
On request they only refer to that you probably have to be a programmer in order to successfully implement this.
This in spite of their site claim that it would only take a day to set it up...

I spent approx. 10 hours setting up the Payson agent by scrutinizing the other solutions available in VM.
I managed almost all the way; payments are OK, but I can't seem to get the returning customers info to change the order status field to 'Confirmed', in order to send out the automatic e-mail for downloads.

Probably need help to solve this. Anyone with experience in this area?

And believe me I WILL post the Payson solution if I succeed!  :)

(Don't understand why others that has managed to implement it, don't post their solution...)

Sorry to not be able to help out but payer do support intenet banking. They have modules for Virtumart on ther site www.payer.se I haven't tried them yet but I'm on the verge to do that.

I solved this (Payson.se).

Customer receives e-mail as well as a direct update of his/hers order, so a download can be performed directly upon return to the shop. (Customer lands on the order page).

Although not being a professional programmer, I managed to solve this with assistance from another Swedish shop. Next step is enhance some of the security, in regards of the transaction handshake between site and Payson.

ohh... this sounds really interesting since I think that payson is one of the best sites for transactions on the swedish market!

I'm trying to get my own webstore running so please keep us posted on any progress!

Well, site is in production since May 2008, still no real buys performed, except the ones I performed myself, acting as a customer. (Which is equal to live testing).

Used both the Payson account to pay for merchandise, as well as the SEB internetbank connection, and they both worked fine.

The major problem was to understand how the returning customer should end up on the correct page, as well as getting the correct update of the status to 'Confirmed'.

I strongly recommend looking at the other solutions already in VM since they're a great aid in this 'detective' work. Several of them resembles the Payson solution.

The security upgrade of my present solution, would be to put some of the sensitive parts of this transaction into the MySQL database, in order to prevent a malicious user to try to intercept parts of the stream. (Which is unlikely but not impossible...)

Tell me if you need help with something specific in regards of code or just answers to different questions. (When it comes to shop security I prefer to take that discussion outside the Forum...  ;) )

Hi Sir, can you share your payson module? can I have the files and instruction on how to install it?

Thanks^__^

akerman

Of course.

I'll be a bit occupied the next couple of days, but as soon as I get back I'll post it.

Remember it's a 'basic' set up scenario and you will have to test your installation properly, and repetitively, before going into production.

(I've made no specific effort to improve or to style bits and pieces, just wanted it to work basically...  :)

Thank you Sir! I hope you can get back soon hehe! because I really need it^__^

akerman

Is this soon enough?  ;)

I've made a zip file with all the necessary files in same catalogue structure as they are in Joomla!

In there you'll also find a 'Readme.txt'

I've not included the language file, since I've made multiple changes you wouldn't recognize them...  ;)  But that's no biggie, just add the VM language parameters into your language files. You'll see what they are called, as soon as you look inside the PHP files.

PS. The Payson 'Agentintegration' is nothing you just install and then it works.
It has to be properly tested, and you really have to understand the relationship between the files and where in the decision tree (procedure) you are at, at the different stages.
I recommend a lot of careful reading of all the Payson documents you can retrieve from their site.

And finally; I can not give any dedicated support on this, but am happy to try answering any questions through this forum.

Hi

I am trying to upgrade my site from Joomla 10..x to Joomla 1.5 and therefore want to use Virtuemart 1.1.x

Unfortunately the old PAYER configuration file does not work with Virtuemart 1.1.x

Has anyone been able to adjust the PAYER configuration for Virtuemart 1.1.x
and is willing to share this?

Thanks
