UPS Oline Tools Integration - UPS Tracking

After finally configuring the superb UPS Shipping Module, I am looking to add more functionality to a client's Joomla / Virtuemart website as well as my own. With that said, I am now looking to integrate UPS Tracking, which has an HTML and more advanced XML version for use in such advanced applications as Virtuemart. When I say I am looking to integrate, I must state that I have minimal skills in PHP and XML and have never developed a module for Virtuemart / Joomla but have modified them to some extent.

I am wondering if anyone knows of an existing module that integrates UPS Tracking, or has the ability to develop one, or can provide some guidance and direction to do so. This would be a stellar add on to a stellar shopping cart and CMS package. I have all the documentation and files provided by UPS, but they are too large to load here. I can load them onto a site for download or email to interested parties.

I have finished developing based on version 1.0.5 of virtuemart. I think this could be included in the next version. If you need it now, I will post the code here.
