Products not appearing in the category from drop down menu

Hi
I have an issue that my products are displaying in the correct product category via Virtuemart.  But when I click on the drop down main menu and click on the category the products do not display there. I have attached some screen shots.  I know I am doing something wrong, just for the life of me, have not clue what it is.  Hopefully someone can assist.
