Invalid Token in payment and shipment selection (VM4.6.0, J5.4.1)

Hi, I followed the instructions Fix missing token and fixed the cart by using fix the file templates/{yourTemplateName}/html/com_virtuemart/cart/default.php and also using the plugin Tokencart.

The cart only works for me if I select the shipping or payment method directly on the cart page. If I forget to select it, then during checkout I'm redirected to the page for choosing shipping or payment. However, there I get the "Invalid Token" error again when saving the payment or shipping method.

Working this one, the other ones 4.6.2 4.6.4 absolut non working...
