Developing VirtueMart for WordPress

The idea is quite simple. VirtueMart Extensions written with the VM code should work without changes on Joomla and Wordpress. For that we need to replace some joomla functions against proxies. The good thing is, we have todo this anyway for joomla 6.
I created some time ago already a WP file which "worked" in Wordpress already. For that I just copied the whole joomla library into the VM-folder of WP. This lead years ago to the file vmdefinitions, which is already prepared for Wordpress.

Anyone feel encouraged to join this thread, if you are willing to help coding and testing.

The idea is that we do not need a migration tool, because the tables and database is just the same. :-)
