Issue with URL rewrite in V 4.2

Hello,

I have a Virtuemart multi language site.
and i have sometimes a mixture between language in URL rewritten
By exemple
https://www.la-vie.paris/en/list-of-locations/fabrikant/metropool-groot-parijs
mix between english and Dutch...
