PROBLEM Joomla5 with VM Framework Loader during Plugin Update

Hello everyone
I am using Joomla4.4.3 and purchased VirtueMart (4.2.6 latest version installed).
I just upgraded my MySQL database to 8.0
(at 1&1ionos, I was in 5.7...everything seems OK:)
I want to upgrade to Joomla 5
BUT when checking the checks for Joomla5,
I have 2 concerns:

* an Error is displayed:
An error occurred while retrieving JSON data:
HTTP status code 500. Internal Server Error

* and
in Verified Extensions to upgrade to Joomla5,
I have a "Potential update problem."
with "VM Framework Loader during Plugin Updates" 4.2.6

...I do not know what to do ?
If anyone can give me a clue, I'm veryvery interested!

VM Framework Loader works fine in my Live shop with VM 4.2.8.dev and Joomla 5.0.3.
Was fine in 4.2.6 already.

No idea about the JSON error though.

Since you probably test it in a test environment, just press the button after backup and see what happens.
