Custom field on order in admin and confirmation emails

Hello!

I have simple custom field (String) in position addtocart. On Frontend it works. After user confirms his order, i have e-mail where i see ordered products with custom field value.  Now i go to admin area, see new order with status 'confirmed by shopper'. Now i open it, i see product but does not see custom field value. But it is not all If i set order status to Confirmed or Canceled and then open the order - custom field value shown.

In shopper confirmation emails is strange too: after ordering user gets email where product and custom field value shown, if i cancel order, user gets email without value, if i set it back to 'confirmed by shopper' he gets email with value

Virtuemart 4.2.2, Joomla 4.3.4
