Customer cant finalize order on paypal site !

Good day

Been running this vm for years now without any issues,

But since june 26 all customer complain about that they CANT finalize order on paypal website, i have contacted paypal and now their support ask me what is complete path when a user click to be sent from my website to paypal can anyone help me on this ?

The paypal support ask me this :

Funny because i did not change anything on my side !!! and one day , bang , problems, any clue on what could be the problem ?
