Unable to edit Shopper Group Details

When trying to edit a Shopper Group the Shopper Group Name window starts out with an empty Shopper Group Name Field.
It seems that the window is in insert state and not in update state.
If I try to update an existing Shopper Group and save it with the exact same name,
I'll end up with 2 Shopper Groups with identical names but different IDs.

IT works OK in version 4.0.14

BTW. Is it possible to downgrade to version 4.0.14?

I'm using Joomla 3.10.11, Virtuemart 4.0.22, PHP 8.0.28
and  I'm using the new admin template.

I have the same problem.
I tested a migration of my site with two different new sites, and at both, when I wanna edit a shoper group the name of the shoper group (the field) is empty. When I write a name for the shoper group in the field and save, I got a new shoper group with a new ID.

In the column "Default" I see one a rectangle, or a grey square. (Attachment: shoper group - test site 1)
This is on the one site, but at the another site I see the text "Default Shopper Group". (Attachment: shoper group - test site 2)

Can some help to solve this problem?
