Domains do not match stored sent...

In the information it says that the domain can be entered during the membership order or directly on your website - by entering the received code. I bought a membership. I chose the second option I entered the received code in the appropriate field in the Virtuemart settings.
However, this function does not work. Additionally, I get this nasty unreadable message.
The strange thing is that after ordering membership access, you can't add your domain anywhere (in the customer panel). It's all very illogical. Maybe only the author of this page knows where this domain can be added?  :o

I found a bug on the site

When a new customer wants to register on the website and fills in all the required fields in the form (name, surname, address etc.)
After registration, all previously filled customer data disappear. All fields must be filled in again.  :'(

This is one of the things in developing software, you want to add something which sound soo super simpel, and then you end up in a lot of possibilities.

First I add a field "enter your domain here", then I thought, that is a bit inconvenient. So I added the function, that the first domain requesting the server, is added, automatically. So I thought that is a great solution, but a lot developers enters this in their testenvironment,...

I am not sure how I implemented it (it was in January). I am quite sure there should be a reset button, which you can use one time in your order. You just need then take care, that your production server does the first request.

If you entered your domain correctly, you should not have any problem. If you entered the membership on your productive server, there should be no problem. But of course, a lot members felt already about this problem.

So maybe I need just a manual, which contains, what I explained now and how to fix it. Maybe there is no real programmatic answer, here.
