Does anyone know of a payment plugin suitable for opayo/sagepay that works on Joomla 4/Virtuemart 4?

Am I correct in assuming that no one is now creating plugins for Sagepay aka Opayo aka Elavon for viruemart on VM4?

I cannot find one anywhere.

Can anyone help?
