Pagination not Working

Brand new Joomla 4.2.2 with VirtueMart 4.0.6 10690.
No components, nothing.
Just images and products.
Pagination do not have links and layout of it is broken.

No still the same ... only working when Joomla 4 SEO is disabled in Global Configuration. 

Tested on php 7.4.30 and 8.1.10

I confirm VirtueMart 4.0.7 10714
Pagination not working.
Even if I disable SEO I get link
shop/view/category/virtuemart_category_id/11/virtuemart_manufacturer_id/0/limitstart/18 
if I press another number 
category_id/ change and limitstart/change But nothing happen pagination is not updated..

With SEO enabled link the same url is  shop/struzne-ploscice/struzne-ploscice-za-navoj no matter what number I press url stay the same.
