Alatak.Net Support ... ?

Hello,

I apologize if this is inappropriate but wanted to know if Valerie at Alatak.Net is still providing support for her plugins...?
I've submitted a ticket as I have in the past, but have not received a reply or update in several days now!
The unfortunate part is the Site lost credit card transaction capabilities after a recent update!

Update:  Unfortunately, no recent response from Valerie on the issue!  Only one reply a week ago confirming the URL early in our support communication...
