there's a duplicate key in en-GB.plg_system_vmloaderpluginupdate.ini

VMSYSTEM_LOAD_VMCONFIG="Load in the frontend always the virtuemart configuration and set the language"
VMSYSTEM_LOAD_VMCONFIG="In case there are problems with the language, activate this option and give this plugin the highest order of system plugins after 'System - Language Filter' and 'System - Language Code'. At least before any other 3rd party plugin, which may load the vm config (in the wrong language)"

Should be
