Installation on Joomla 4.0.3

Hello, I am trying to install Virtue Mart 3.8.x on Joomla and I get error

0 Interface 'JObservableInterface' not found On this link https://virtuemart.net/download it says that Virtue Mart is compatible with Joomla 3.9.x. I successfully installed it on Joomla 3.10.2 but can't install it on Joomla 4.x.x. Isn't it compatible with Joomla 4 yet?

No it is not compatible with Joomla 4, why do you think the comment was "Virtue Mart is compatible with Joomla 3.9.x".

Joomla has not made it easy to migrate to 4.0.

It will be compatible, but right now, no.
