Geolocator component

Hi,

Because of the changes due to new VAT-Rules in EU (differenz VAT for each country), in my webshop all prices are displayed without tax for new users.
(afterward in the cart, a country is selected and everything is fine)


So I want do use the geilocator component in combination with vm localise-

But it is not possible do download the data. I think the link for download does not exist:

Does this compoment work? Can I user another database?
I hope somebody can help me.
