User not activated

Hello,
a user wont be activated if hes doing the registration during the check out process.
Everything is working like it should, activation mail is send and link is working too, but the user is still deactivated.

Normal Registration works fine.

the problem is in 99.9% of shops activation is never used so is rarely tested
