Paypal smart buttons in checkout

Hi!
Approximately a month ago I encountered a problem with paypal payments in Virtuemart, and I finally found out what the problem is, but the solution doesn't quite solve my problem.
So, for us living and working in Croatia, it turns out we can't use Paypal Payments Standard if you want to accept guest payments with credit or debit cards. All customers must have a paypal account.
But, if I use Paypal Smart Buttons, then I can have guest payments with credit or debit card.

My question is, is there a way to use Paypal Smart Buttons in the checkout?

In the 'Payment Method' list, select 'New', give it a name, select Payment Method: 'VM Payment - PayPal' and save it. Thereafter you can go to the payment method's configuration tab and select 'Smart Buttons/Express/Credit Checkout' as the PayPal product and continue to configure it.
