Need to track inventory of main parts across different products

I have a very similar need- and it seems it should be a simple setup since it's a pretty basic requirement.

If I have 4 main parts, and all products are made up of different combinations of those parts, how do I set it up so that I can track the inventory of the 4 main parts? For example, if Product A is sold, I need to deduct "(1) part-1, (2) of part-2, (1) of part-3 from the inventory of those parts. (see image)

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
