Remove "Total Discount" text if no discount

The "Total Discount" is shown correctly when the boxes "Total discount amount" label is ticked. Im sure this text in the product view would only show IF there was a discount applied to the product but it is showing in all products. Is there a way to just show this label IF there is a discount and nothing to show if there is no discount?

It does not do that with my default VM template. Check using Protostar, you may need to edit your overrides. I usually just use the Discount amount and not the Total discount amount.
