Custom shipment

Hello, good morning, I am using joomla v 3.9.14 and virtuemart v 3.6.10, I would like to know if there is a way to make a personalized shipping method, that is, it is me who delivers personally, or if there is any plugin for post office (shipping method, Mexico)

Use the standard shipment by weight etc and name it personal delivery. Set other, weight, zipcode etc options as You please or leave them empty for all options.
