After Update This Error: "Unknown column 'field.noninheritable' in 'field list"

Hello
I am new to this forum and I have limited knowledge.  I have just updated the version to the latest VM version via Joomla Update.  After update I have this issue:

Error 1054:      Unknown column 'field.noninheritable' in 'field list'

I can still access admin console, but my site's frontend is not functioning.

Can anyone please assist me?

You do not say anything of any version upgrading from to

Try with VM admin Tools->Tools and migration->Install or if necessary update tables

Please accept my apologies.  I updated to this version:  VirtueMart 3.6.8 10197

I think before the update it was version 3.6.4.
