Hi!

I have a problem at https://www.foerst-class.de

The shop deals with professional clothing. We have different custom fields for sizes (different because of various sizing-systems).

Now sometimes it happens, that the size appears in a strange and wrong format in the orders.

The size than ALWAYS appears as "3f4b5e". It's not related to a special size or product - it's happening obviously random.

I saw an order the client named as example and reproduced it. The size within the order was shown correct and also reached client and seller in the right format.

In the attached case the shopper saw "52" as size in his cart and bought. Within the Mails the size appeared as "3f4b5e"

The order templates are "core" - so no overrides are used here.

Thanks for your tipps and suggestions
Michael

is it repeatable?  i.e. if u resend the email ( flip the status) does it resend wrongly?

if so u should be able to debug backwards to find where the script gets that value

Sorry that I didn't reply :-(

I had a lot work, holiday and so on...

Finally the problem is solved.

It was caused by the custom fields for all plugin and a script conflict.

The problem has been solved by breakdesigns awesome support (patched dynupdate.js)

Thank you anyhow - have a nice day!
