Search in virtuemart admin - products

Hi, when i want search in admin virtuemart -> products example word : meď  /UTF-8  - slovak language / , i see no relevanted result.

The search in VM admin searches all fields which you selected in 'Configuration' > 'Product Order Settings' > 'Available Search Fields'. If you have selected 'Product description', the search also lists products which have  the string "med" in the description text. In your case you could probably search for "med " (type an empty space character) in order to reduce the results to Med A, Med B, ...
