Virtuemart 3 shopping cart confirmation

Recently started working with Virtuemart 3 for Joomla. I noticed an inconvenient function as "Order Confirmation" - you add the product to the cart, go to checkout, fill in the data, click the "Checkout" button - and this button changes to "Confirm Order" - I think for my site is absolutely unnecessary function.

Misleads the user. After launching the site, there are already a lot of complaints that they are placing an order, but we do not call them back, but they simply do not notice that they need to be confirmed again ...

I know the OnePage extension - but this also doesn't fit, because my site is already many-visited, and OnePage changes the cart template, and everything is designed differently there. I want to change the standard VM 3 basket.
