Shipping per product

How do I set the shipping up as follows.

I have three shipping zones:

United Kingdom and Northern Ireland - £3.50
Mainland Europe and Ireland - £5.00
Rest of the world - £7.00

The prices about should be price per item. IE if someone from mainline Europe bought two items they would get charged £10 per order.  If someone from the UK bought three items they would get charged £7.50.

Can this be done?

You can set fee per product + Shipment Cost per order + fee per weight
Eg
Shipment Cost 5
fee per product 2.5
to add 2.5 per product to base Shipment Cost

Thanks guys i went for the VM Rules shipping plugin and it did the job nicely.
