VM 3.2.6 - Payment and shipping method invinsible,order cannot complete

Hello,i upgraded to 3.2.6 some days ago,and when i try to create an order,if i change the quantity of the products and refresh it,the payment and shipping methods automatically disappear,leaving only the images and the charging cost(not the comments).Apart from that,even though you can still complete the order,the confirmation order does not appear on my email.If i go through Virtuemart > Orders ,i can see the order but it's "On hold".The cart url of the website is http://www.podilatorama.com/index.php/kalathi

Thanks for your reply.I have almost none knowledge on programming languges,only some basic understanding.By the looks of it,do you think i should adress this issue to someone who has the knowledge or is it something simple to fix?
