Problem Payment Redirect Credit Card

Good Morning

i use Joomla 3.8 and Virtuemart 3.2.4 with Credit Card Xpay Gateway. After confirm order i see a blank page and there ins't redirect to bank page for  credit card information.
Can you help me please?

A blank page is indicative of a 500 error so check your error log or install Rupostel's fatal catcher. See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=117042.0

Looks like you need to ask the developer of your CartaSi X-pay plugin.
