Custom fields not visible in the order

Hi,
I added custom field string type, in front-end display all correctly, but in the order in back-end is hidden!!!
I set visible in the cart and order to yes!
What could be the accusation?

I still have these error although I upgraded to VM 3.2.2, Joomla 3.7.3 and use Horme 3 (basic) as template.
Even when I change the VM template it still occurs...

Someone who shines a light?


forgot to tell; I checked the add cart button when creating the customfields...
