shopper groups by recurring order amount

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for extension, that sort the shopper groups by order amount, e.g
- shopper group A can purchase any products in total of 200 € monthly
- shopper group B can purchase any products in total of 400 € monthly
- shopper group C can purchase any products in total of 800 € monthly

Can anyone help me?
