USPS - alatak_usps - Zip Origination same as Zip Destination

I am on VM 3.0.18 and Joomla 3.6.5.

I have setup a shopper and address, selected that as the vendor, but I am still seeing this coming back from the usps call;

Is there something I am missing or need to do to get the vendor zip to populate?
