[SOLVED] Coupon code not found. Please try again

System data:

• Joomla! 3.6.2 Stable
  VirtueMart 3.0.18

My coupons are being display correctly under "ORDERS and SHOPPERS". I have attached an image.
But when i try to use them once i selected a product in the cart, a "Coupon code not found. Please try again" error is thrown.

What im i missing? Thanks!

Update to Joomla 3.6.4 ! 

Coupon code is case sensitive, should perhaps check your Spelling ?

Sorry, my system info was wrong. My actual version of virtuemart is 3.0.16.
I updated joomla and virtuemart to test if there where any changes by updating, but no, just lost some config, so now im back at 3.0.16.
Mmm no, nothing to do with spelling, i copy/pasted the coupon name to make sure.
I think it's some configuration im missing. Any ideas?

In extensions->plugins, filter type to vmcoupon, do you have anything there published?  If so unpublish all and try again.

because there are no core vmcoupon plugins -- any found there are 3rd party
