daily.xml Static

Hi, I am issuing a problem and I can't find anything relative that could solve it inside or outside of the forum...
I noticed that when I change my currency from euro to dollar the new prices assigned to the products were wrong.
I checked daily.xml in root/cache/ and saw that it was last modified on April.
What should I check to fix this? The file and folder permissions are correct.
