How to apply individual discount on already discounted products

I have a client's e-shop where all registered shoppers have 5% discount. How can I apply another 10 or 20% discount on individual product? Is any solution?

Create a new Calculation Rule for the new discount with a specific manufacturer. Now assign that manufacturer to the desired products on which the discount needs to be applied.

I think Jumbo is not a bad solution. It works of course, but don´t forget to unpublish the manufacturer you create. I haven´t thought that a manufacturer would be usable for this.
You could also do the same with an unpublished category, creating a 20 % discount gives another 20 % discount on the already discounted amount.

Manufacturer or category is probably a matter of taste. If not some one could point toward any speed benefits with one of the options.
