I have a problem with this message after Confirm Purchase instead of showing the order confirmation page.

Customer even when the error is shown get mail about order.

won't be the cause of the sql failure I guess but if u leave the site wide open like this u will have far more toworry about

I think why VM would be quering template styles so look at 3rd party ext. maybe..

is y30cq_jarvis really your db tables  prefix?
