Tax per bill baed on shipping

Hello all,

I am using joomla 3.0.x and virtuemart 3.0.x  and I need to setup tax calulation rules based on the shipping. I have check in backed and there is only option to set tax rules based on country, shopper group but I need to set tax rules based on shipping. For example I have three shipping A, B, C and I need to apply tax per bill if anyone select shipping A only rest shipping should be free of tax.
