Send Instructions or LegaloInformation text to customers

hi,
i'd like to send some Activation Instruction to my customers. I was thinking 2 ways:

• Send a second e-mail along with the invoice. Propably i need an extra plugin for that but i can't find one that does this job
• Add some extra info at the bottom of the invoice. The only way i figured to do such, is by adding some text to the footer of the Invoice but the text is a bit long and it doesn't look good.

Also i can't find a way to display the Legal Information anywhere in the web site.

you can have an attachment with invoice.

look in your invoice config.

hi PRO,
i can't find any attachment option in my eshop/ invoices tab.
I could direct to a link but this is not my prefered option.
i googled it and didn't find such configuration, only a paid plugin.
Could you please indicate where is this option?

thanks so much for the answer.
I understand that if i choose an attachment file, this replaces the Default Invoice the customer receives and i don't want this though.
I'd like to add an extra second file to the e-mail the customer receives when the Order is confirmed.
At the moment i have attached the Terms of services in my invoice and then on top of them i have pasted the Instructions, but this looks ugly and the invoice becomes to long.

If none of the standard configs work for u then you need to hack or build a plugin

so there is no known plugin to do this job.
don't you think this is a necessary feature?
For example if you sell a digital product and then you need to send some Activation instruction to the customers as long as the , in order to be sure they received them, what solution would you choose?
