I've notice a strange image with a link to an external site I have no ideia what it could be. Please check the image attached

Can someone please help me?

VirtueMart 3.0.8 is known to be insecure and I would guess that you are also using an old Joomla version? See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0

In that position I would expect (with current VM versions) to see a link to pixelz.com - if your link is to somewhere else then you should consider the possibility that your site has been hacked.

The link is going to removethebackground.co.uk/virtuemart.aspx
So it looks like the site was hacked, no?

Ah - that is one of pixelz.com's old pages. It does not exist any more, so I'm wondering if it is related to you using a more than year old VM version. A hacker would put their own url there.

Make sure you make backups and maybe try updating.

So, right now, the chance of having the site hacked is smaller? I'm already updating everything, but would you recommend any other action?

After updating I'd suggest getting the site scanned - see https://myjoomla.com for a free security audit.
