URL-s inside Add to cart modal popup

Using Joomla 3.5.1 and VM 3.0.17

All URL-s (menus, product-category, product-details) are correct SEF URL-s like this for product: http://adplus.ee/arendus/efipa/v2/tootekataloog/saunakeris-kalvis-pr2-s or this for cart http://adplus.ee/arendus/efipa/v2/ostukorv.

But if I add product into cart, pop-up opens and URL-s inside popup are not SEF and look like this:

• back to shopping - http://adplus.ee/arendus/efipa/v2/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_category_id=14&lang=et&Itemid=1633
• cart - http://adplus.ee/arendus/efipa/v2/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart&lang=et - not pointing to cart menu link

How can I solve this?

VM3.0.17 is a test/development version for experienced users, and if you used the release on http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files it has already had several fixes and updates - if you really want to test it the latest fiiles are on SVN, http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/repository

VM3.0.16 is the last "stable" version, 3.0.18 will be the next.

I believe that SEF urls are not necessary there, as you do not want indexing of the cart. As long as each page's canonical is OK.
