Thank you Email

Hi,

I have a problem with emails sending from VM, At the first, There are no email sending to shopper or vendors!

I want to send "Thanks email to shopper" after his paying.

I just want to send message to shopper tell him Thanks you and details of his order.

I'm using Virtuemart component to manage a projects and donate for them.

I'm using Paypal as payment, everything is OK, Just a message from the website after change the status of order to Confirmed didn't work. The Paypal send the message, But the VM didn't send any thing.

The email function is working in my website, and i attached the email settings.

I searched on this forum, But i didn't got any result to solve the problem.

I'm using VirtueMart 3.0.14.
Any help?

If you are using Joomla 3.5.1 then you should be using VirtueMart 3.0.16  http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files

If that is not the issue then:

Failure to send emails is often due to insufficient PHP resources on the server to create the pdf invoice. Check server error messages, and/or turn on VM debug in Configuration/Shop/Advanced Settings
