Admin & Client Order Confirmation Messages

I have been having issues using Virtuemart 3.0.16 with Joomla 3.5.1 where neither the administrator of client receives any order confirmation messages.

All other messages i.e Product Shipped works fine so I am sure it has nothing to do with the PHP Mail Operation.

I have checked all of the VM & Joomla user, shopper, vendor settings etc but still unable to find the issue.

Any help appreciated.

What order status is being returned by your payment plugin?

I think what Jenkinhilll is implying is that you should see this setting for the payment - order status for pending orders: http://imtp.me/b6br02lj3.p  on second tab of every payment

and then go to Configuration - configuration - Emails tab - and there make sure that the status of payment from above is listed there: http://imtp.me/b6bt02lj3 click the field to see other remaining options...

there were problems after migration from older versions that you might have Confirmed as default, and new virtuemart uses confirmed by shopper.... so you either have to change the status on payment or add the status here... :-)
