Having problems with vm -search module and SEO

Having problems with vm -search module and SEO, having joomla 3.5.1 and VM 3.0.16 all working great at joomla 3.4.x and vm 3.0.12 , Vm pagination and altering limit ressuts in " not found" and category link is changed ?? before I fixed this with and change Router.php this seems to no longer having wanted effect ... Please help???
