when trying to check Out get this error :
Card Number Invalid
Card CVV Number Invalid or Missing
Expiration Date Invalid

Im using Stripe Test Mode , Also tried Live Mode , the Payment go Fine but this System Message is always there on top !

Stripe is not standard VirtueMart payment plugin. Therefore I assume you are using some 3rd party extension. You should contact the payment plugin developer who should be able to help you with its problem.

The problem is there in Stripe plugin
tried authorize.net and worked fine
but i want to use stripe
and im sure this prblem was discussed before with authorize.net

and as Jumbo said.. this is a 3rd party plugin.. u need to ask the developer

One point is I had an encryption problem with a 3rd party CC payment plug and discovered it was only when on php5.6.x

on lesser was fine

What i mean is that  the problem appeared before on authorize.net payment too

Authorize.net now works fine even with PHP 7. If there was any problem it was fixed after the updates.

It's most likely that your Stripe payment plugin also need an update which should be available with the developer.
