blinds calculator - calculate width and drop

We need an integrated calculator in our site that when the customer enters the width and drop (in mm) of the blind size they require, a price is calculated. Prices are in a table format (excel) and a price is generated by looking along with horizontal column for the width and then going vertically downwards until the correct band for the drop has been reached.

I presume something like this has be customized for Viruemart.
