Looking for something specific in shipment if its possible

Hello i would like to ask if someone can help me to do something how can i have a step in shipment were the customer

First choose the city of the delivery and then the date is been fixed and only choose the hour of the delivery

Example Lets say i choose a city or a suburb i would write those lets say center of Athens and then he can choose from the calendar only Wednesdays and not any other day and also If I can have a time frame for the customer to choose from 15:00 to 17:00 and then choose 17:00 to 19:00

Yes i have allready show it but the problem is that i can have fixed days for each city
