Autoselect default shippment and default payment methods

Hi,

I'm using Joomla 3.4 and VM 3.0.62, I want the customer when makes the checkout to have already a default shipment and a default payment method selected. How can I do this? I saw many instructions on the forum and many hacks but all of them were working for VM 2, not VM 3.

Already standard on vm3.0.12 which you should be on!  Both your installs are out of date and unsafe...

Go to

Virtuemart->configuration->checkout tab

Set the option you require in

Enable Automatic Selected Shipment    
Enable Automatic Selected Payment
