VM Shipment Method [ New ] not working

i am working with joomla 3.4 in Purity iii template. Installed VM 3.0.12, i have problem with shipping method.  Plugin installed:
- Shipping by Rules for VirtueMart
- VM Shipment - By weight, ZIP and countries
- By weight, ZIP and countries Percentage
and:
System - jQuery Easy

When i try to create any of a new choosen shipment method it does not save it, just stuck there even exit button not works, so cannot create the configuration part. And cannot close the sales.... because not method is choosen. (what is "sef alias"?)
Same problem with payment method, but installed PayPal Express Checkout and solved the problem.
"One Page Checkout enabled"  is not Checked
Could you please help me? Im working in local with xampp

Perhaps a JS error when trying to save?  Check the browser console for any errors when saving
